1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tvk66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available at tvk66.net. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on tvk66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop all use of tvk66.net and must not attempt to register or access any part of the platform. tvk66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the services offered by tvk66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tvk66 enforces this age limit strictly and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. Determining whether you are permitted to use the platform under laws applicable to you is solely your responsibility.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a tvk66 employee or of any affiliated company, game provider, or payment partner.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or compulsory exclusion from gambling services.

tvk66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility criteria are found not to be met. Where an account is closed on eligibility grounds, any winnings may be voided and the original deposit amount returned at tvk66's discretion.

3Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on tvk66, you must complete the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. The following conditions apply to your tvk66 account:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on tvk66. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account details with any other person. tvk66 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• tvk66 reserves the right to request KYC identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and whenever there is reasonable cause for concern about account security or compliance. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
• You must notify tvk66 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or that unauthorised activity has occurred on your account.

Account registration is free. Accounts with no login activity for 12 continuous months may be classified as dormant. tvk66 will attempt to contact the account holder before any action is taken on a dormant account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

tvk66 supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 across all supported methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier and are shown during the deposit process.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and may trigger an account review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, plus proof of the payment method used for deposit.
• tvk66 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of compliance checks, including anti-money laundering (AML) review. Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise specified. Crypto deposits are converted to BDT at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. tvk66 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tvk66 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible players only. tvk66 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability by player account, geographic location, or payment method at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting categories specified in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may not be used on progressive jackpot games or certain live dealer tables where the contribution toward wagering requirements may be reduced or zero.
• tvk66 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while players hold active bonus balances, those balances remain valid until the expiry date originally stated or for 7 days from cancellation, whichever is later.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or using bonus funds inconsistently with the spirit of the promotion — may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, crash games, and other wagering activities conducted through tvk66:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tvk66 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances. Bets placed by error remain the player's responsibility.
• tvk66 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or odds pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. tvk66 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• For sports betting markets, tvk66 uses official results as published by the relevant sporting body — for example the ICC for cricket and FIFA for football. In the event of any dispute regarding an outcome, the decision of the relevant governing body is final.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per game session, and per calendar day. These limits vary by game type and are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant promotion page. tvk66 reserves the right to withhold winnings exceeding stated maximum win limits pending review.

Casino game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and specific game mechanics, are governed by the certified rules of the respective game provider. tvk66 ensures that only games from certified providers with independently audited RNG systems are offered on the platform.

7Responsible Gaming

tvk66 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and controlled gaming environment. We operate a strict 21+ age policy and provide a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time-based session reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tvk66 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using tvk66 to convert, transfer, or disguise the origins of illicitly obtained funds.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including soft-play in poker or chip-dumping in any card game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability on the platform to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided and the fault reported for rectification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at tvk66 staff or other platform users through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

tvk66 employs fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analytics systems to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, tvk66 may freeze account balances pending investigation and may withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

9Account Suspension and Termination

tvk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player, including self-exclusion requests. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours of the request being received.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure, including orders from law enforcement agencies or courts.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated solely from bonus play) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

10Intellectual Property

All content on tvk66.net — including software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of tvk66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of tvk66.

Game content including game mechanics, graphics, audio, and mathematics is proprietary to the respective game provider such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. Any unauthorised use of game content may constitute an infringement of the game provider's intellectual property rights.

11Limitation of Liability

13Amendments to These Terms

tvk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
